As you will discover in this new issue of the Gazette, there is no shortage of information to share.

As the reinforcement of the water network is nearing completion, we will be able, subject to a few clarifications from the community of municipalities, to begin the renovation of a large part of our road network in the autumn. It will also be after the summer that we will start the renovation of the tennis court N°2 and the covering of the pool deck. Consultations have been launched.

Your Office is adapting its operations by reorganising the process for validating individual work to better integrate collective concerns in the face of the risks of individual project drift.

The 2026 catering team for our Club House des Collines but also the Plage de Guerrevieille, will be led by Antoine GRAS and Théo BESSE whom you have already been able to appreciate in the past. Super motivated, they have been in full preparation for almost a month to make the restaurant welcoming. New tables have just been delivered. The beach restaurant opens on April 4, then the Clubhouse will be open for dinner with friends on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings.  Finally, we present an update of certain rules in terms of selective sorting and remind you of some "good manners" instructions to share with your tenants for the good of all, but also details on the reorganization of television channels and the operation of the new gate by the sea.
